Request Requirements
We welcome your requests and will work hard to try to assist you in your needs, but please note the following:
- The PTO will only accept requests for items and projects that enhance the learning experience for the Glenwood students.
- All requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the PTO meeting. This will enable us to put them on our agenda, which will be posted 1 week prior to each meeting. This also opens time at the meeting for discussion before voting.
- Any request over $1,000 must be accompanied by 3 different bids.
We welcome you to share any ideas that you may have for the PTO. We know that we can accomplish many great things this year by working together for the benefit of the Glenwood children.
FYI
PTO meetings will be held every 2nd Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
All PTO notes to go home will be on hot pink paper. In order for you to be able to send our notes home on the same day you receive them, all notes will be in your box before noon.
